10. Marketing, Advertising, Sale, and Sharing of Personal Information
Oumi's Legacy does not sell personal information for money. Some privacy laws define terms such as "sale," "sharing," or "targeted advertising" more broadly than a direct monetary sale. Where an enabled Shopify or other technology feature falls within those definitions, eligible users may have the right to opt out through the privacy controls made available on our Services.
Where applicable, we may also recognize the Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out request for the relevant browser or device.

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time, without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal.
14. Kentucky Residents
If you are a Kentucky resident, the Kentucky Consumer Data Protection Act may provide certain rights where its applicability thresholds and other requirements are met. Those thresholds generally include processing personal data of at least 100,000 Kentucky consumers annually, or at least 25,000 Kentucky consumers while deriving more than 50% of gross revenue from the sale of personal data.
Regardless of whether those statutory thresholds apply to Oumi's Legacy, we may honor reasonable access, correction, and deletion requests where practicable.
15. International Data Transfers
Some of our service providers, including Shopify and Google, may process personal information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required by applicable law, recognized safeguards may be used for international transfers, including contractual protections such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms, unless the destination jurisdiction has been recognized as providing an adequate level of protection.

Our websites and online store are not primarily directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children where parental or guardian involvement or authorization is legally required without the appropriate involvement or authorization. Some Oumi's Legacy experiences may permit younger participants under conditions stated in the applicable offer-specific terms.
If you believe a child has provided personal information improperly, please contact us so that we can review the situation.

If you have concerns about how we process your personal information, please contact us first so that we can review the issue. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to appeal a decision concerning a privacy request, or lodge a complaint with the relevant privacy or data-protection authority.
