More than a cooking class.
Oumi has spent a lifetime cooking by instinct, memory and sensory judgment. Atelier is a way to make some of that knowledge visible: how a dough should feel, what a sauce should look like, when an aroma tells you a dish is ready.
The experience combines cooking with tasting, stories and Moroccan hospitality — because the food makes more sense when the culture around it is part of the lesson.
How the monthly Atelier works
Because Oumi's Atelier only runs once a month, booking works a little differently than a typical class
Pre-book
Reserve a place for the following month's Atelier before the exact date is announced.
Group forms
We collect pre-bookings until the minimum of 6 participants is reached.
Date announced
Oumi's Legacy confirms one date and time for that month's session.
You confirm
Confirm your attendance, or receive a full refund if the date doesn't work for you.
Hands-On
You cook alongside Oumi — not a demonstration you watch from a distance.
Taste Together
The session ends the way a Moroccan meal should — shared, around the table.
Meet Oumi
Kept deliberately small so everyone gets real time with Oumi.
